These are so cute and seem to be good quality. However, they do not hold 2 ounces. I measured them and 1 1/2 oz gets you to the overflowing point. I needed 2oz ramekins for a specific recipe, so I will have to keep looking. However, I am keeping these as they are pretty cheap and good to use for mise-en-place (measuring out small quantities of ingredients in advance). If I had wanted 1oz ramekins, this item would have gotten 5 stars. Only 3 stars because it's not as advertised.

These are great little Ramekins. Just remember that they are only 2 ounces so very small. But that is what I expected when I ordered them. Fun for sauces.
