I received the ramekins the mail today and was very disappointed because they are smaller than the manufacturer states they are. The item packaging and the website both state that the ramekins are 6 oz., yet they looked too small to hold 6 oz. so I used a measuring cup and measured out 6 oz. of water and poured the water into the ramekins to the very top. The ramekins could only take 4 oz. of water and the remaining 2 oz. remained in the measuring cup. I am returning the ramekins immediately...and have already printed the return label and have returned them to Amazon.com.

These are great ramekins. We have used them alot and everything has turned out really well and I think it is due to the quality of the ramekins. I have looked at other ones and they aren't nearly as nice as these.

I love to bake, and these ramekins are perfect for "mud cake" and mini souffles. Emile Henry is the best quality for baking and I have many of their products. They last a lifetime and now come in beautiful colors. This product did not disappoint!
